Case Study: Go Aqua UK

Let’s take a dive into the story behind our mission with Go Aqua UK, a local swimming pool engineering business.

Go Aqua UK was established in 1987 with one mission: to bring a real, high-quality Swimming Pool and Spa experience to the West Midlands.

At Go Aqua UK, they will keep your pool & spa clean and tidy thanks to their swimming pool treatment service, maintenance, and servicing.

They use only the specialist engineers to maintain and service your pool or spa and they have the skills and experience to deal with indoor and outdoor pools, commercial and domestic pools, and pools with enclosures.

Life before Infinity Digital

As a newly taken over and rebranded business, Go Aqua UK wanted to take their company into new, exciting markets and create a storm using digital and print marketing strategies to take over… but they didn’t really know where to begin.

After our initial consultation, we went away and worked on a few ideas to get them started which included some ideas for their social media content and targeting their ideal audience – the hotels, leisure centres and local authorities.

How Have we helped?

Upon presenting our plan, we quickly got to work on preparing a content marketing plan which included taking new photos and videos of commercial sites they looked after. We also implemented a monthly social media content plan with posts going out on a weekly basis, these consist of a mixture of product promos and educational pieces.

Tying in with this inbound channel, we have got to work on their PPC campaigns using Google Ads – no one in the industry was doing this, so it was a great chance to create some real exposure.

In 2021, we saw over 9.9k clicks and engagements, 1.52% interaction rate, £0.49 cost per click, a total ads spend of £4.8k, 37 phone calls, and generated 144 leads on their website.

"Having recently come under new management, I did not know where to start when it came to the marketing growth of Go Aqua. Luckily for us, we have the Infinity Digital team behind us. They have been able to spring into action and show us where we can attack, where our competitors weren't, and we're already seeing results after only a few months. Could not recommend them enough."
